Accept an organization invite

Open the invitation link from your email when someone has invited you to a RunSafe Platform organization. Pending invitations are tied to the email address the admin used—sign in or create an account with that same address.

If you have not been invited to an organization, create an account and your first organization instead.

When you sign in, pending organization invitations also appear on the organizations list so you can accept them without reopening the email link.

If you already have a Platform account​

  1. Open the invitation link from the email, or sign in and open the pending invite from Organizations.
  2. Sign in to the account where the invitation was sent. Use the same email address from the invitation, or the invitation will fail.
  3. After you sign in, the Platform accepts the invitation and adds you to the organization with the role the admin selected.
  4. Open the organization from your organizations list to start working.

If you do not have a Platform account yet​

  1. Open the invitation link from the email.
  2. Select Sign Up (or create an account from the invitation flow).
  3. Create an account using the same email address as the invitation.
  4. Use a password that is at least 15 characters and includes uppercase, lowercase, numeric, and special characters.
  5. After the account is created and you continue from the invitation link, the Platform accepts the invitation and adds you to the organization with the role the admin selected.

You do not need to create a new organization to join an invite. Creating a separate organization starts a different trial under that new organization.

Troubleshooting​
