Manage your account

Use your personal account settings when you need to update your profile, change your password, or adjust account-level options. Organization membership, roles, and invites are managed separately under Settings → Users. See Invite teammates.

Update profile or password​

Open the account area of the application to:

  • Update profile information.
  • Change your password.

Reset a forgotten password​

  1. On the sign-in page, select Forgot password.
  2. Enter your account email address.
  3. Open the password reset link from the email. The link expires 10 minutes after you request it.

If the link is expired or otherwise invalid, the reset form displays This reset link is not valid. Return to the sign-in page and select Forgot password to request a new link.
